If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt.
We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you’ve purchased from us – simply email returns@retold.com.au within 30 days of your order date.
If the item is faulty or damaged please contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo if possible. If an incorrect item has been received, or you are missing an item from your order please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
