Fast shipping
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
If your order contains multiple items, they will usually ship together in one parcel.
Shipping costs
We ship Australia-wide with Standard ($10), Free Standard for orders $100+, and Express ($15), with delivery between 1–8 business days. International shipping is available to selected countries for a flat $20. All orders are dispatched from Brighton, VIC, with tracking provided once shipped.
